These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Negril TV, the website and mobile app at negriltv.com operated by Negril TV ("we", "us"). By accessing or using Negril TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the Service
Negril TV provides a 24/7 live broadcast and a directory of hospitality, dining, and activity businesses in Negril, Jamaica. You may browse the directory, bookmark listings, and book media services. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
Business Listings
Business listings are provided for informational purposes. Negril TV does not endorse and is not responsible for the products, services, accuracy, or conduct of any listed business. Any transaction you enter into with a listed business is solely between you and that business. Listing content (including images and descriptions) is supplied by the businesses or public sources; Negril TV is not liable for its accuracy.
Media Crew Bookings
When you book our media crew, a separate agreement governs the scope, schedule, and fees of the engagement. Any deposit paid is subject to the terms agreed at booking. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
All live broadcasts, videos, graphics, logos, and text on Negril TV are the property of Negril TV or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or rebroadcast our content without prior written permission. User-generated content (such as bookmarks) remains yours, but you grant Negril TV a license to display it within the service.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer of Liability
Negril TV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on business listings, or any media engagement. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Negril TV after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date above reflects the most recent update.
